Lytro

Pre-orders on Lytro (consumer light field camera) start in less than 30 minutes.
Way more revolutionary than the iphone 4s or Strymon Timeline.
I’ve been tracking this camera for a few months and today the Lytro was launched.

definitely way more revolutionary than anything i’ve seen in the past while … “focus after the fact” is pure genious!

My buddy ordered one so I am looking forward to an honest review. We have been looking for a new p&s camera that is in between what we get with the iphone and my wife’s fancy Nikon. I’m hoping it solves the ‘blurry kid picture’ problem that we have when we use the iphone camera.

Funny how the Strymon and Lytro site’s mimic the Apple store buying experience.
